Bed springs making noise and the bed only 5months old - Consumer Complaint for OK Furniture - Head Office

I bought a queen-sized dream girl bed on November 26/2020 now the bed springs are noisy I raised the matter with OK but up to now no help came to me and iam afraid they will drag their feet until the bed is completely destroyed so that at the end they blame me I have Spondylitis so this bed is making my Condition worse I need help thank u
