Hi.One very dissapointed customer here. Made a payment for goods on 26/12/2017 in Tusky Hyrax Nakuru.A debit of Kes 2166 was made from my card on your PDQ. I was not given the goods even after showing your staff an SMS from my bank indicating a debit had been made. I was told to fill some forms at the Customer Care Desk and wait for a reversal in 48 hours. Almost 4 months later no reversal has been done.What is wrong with you? My card number is 5176010107642672 if you care to check. Always held you as my store of choice but....Kindly refund my money. Am very disappointed with you.
