Refused Delivery - Consumer Complaint for J&T Express Philippines

I tried to refuse a delivery because it was shipped out TOO LATE. I don’t need the item anymore. The seller understood and told me to not receive the parcel. Then this driver insist ON LEAVING THE PARCEL cause it’s not allowed to bring back a PAID package. It’s not my fault your driver picked up the parcel late from the seller. NOT MINE. Now I have to return this myself!
