Never got a refund which was charged from my debit card - Consumer Complaint for FoodPanda - Head Office

My order was cancelled and they never refunded the amount which was taken from my card. They told me I was unreachable when their rider cancelled my order. I was waiting and there was no call or message within their app that their rider was there at my address. Totally poor customer service. It was from their end that they cancelled my order as seen on the photo.
