Ordered food Aug 7 and settled via debit card. While waiting I just saw a notification that the food has been cancelled. I found out that the rider called a different number from one of the addresses saved under my account. Nobody called me. Sent an email 3 times but receiving same reply that I was the one who cancelled. The rider is also a liar. He did not admit that he was the rider from Food Panda. This is his mobile no 09159227150.

This is apprise to your good office.
foodpanda team our payment issue which is not yet received since 1st June 2020. Foodpanda multan team and also top managment of foodpanda not help to pay my payment. And also black mail to close your table etc. After my complain against city manager they charge fraud activity status to hold my payment and dely .Due to this we face financial crisis in our business because we are unable to pay rent of our shop &;;;;; pay electricity bills since two months, now shop owner warned us to pay pending rent otherwise he repossess his shop & our relationship with suppliers also affected because our payables increases day by day but we are unable to pay because our payment not released till date. Some of the suppliers reposesst their stock. We continuously try to contact foodpanda but nobody bother to response even not attend our phone call. Meanwhile we contact your helpline to know about our payment status, sometimes they said that your case is under investigation & sometimes they said that there is an issue because you change your Bank account but this issue rectified & your payment will be release in next payment cycle. Two months are enough to investigate but nobody bother to response. Kindly do the needful accordingly at your earliest convenience. Your quick response will be highly appreciated. Hi. Im a loyal customer of food panda, Yesterday,i have a bad experience with one of your rider. He was very RUDE.

I have made several orders to the same address, and never have A delivery problem before. We talked on the phone as he asked for a new location from me. the way he spoke was extremely RUDE.

Once he delivered the order, my colleague did ask him who is this for? And he answered he didnt know the name and ask my colleague the drink it if no one collected the order.

This is not how a rider should represent your company.

I hope you take a look on this as i dont want any customers to experience the same thing as I am.

Before some days I ordered food from a food shop. The rider called me to confirm my adrress and after giving my order to my place he starts teasing me... He starts messaging me on wtsapp than I blocked his no after that again he starts doing the same from another number... I again blocked his no and he starts from another no. I m being very disturbed and panic bcz of that guy... Plz take an action.

This is Pakistani Awam. They don't respect customers I am myself a rider and see this happening but can't do anything one thing you can do is register with non personal number like number of your husband or you brother. Even if you mention the address and the mobile number is in no longer use rider has to find your address so just mark your location leave a message or two in chat to assist him. And please right it in Urdu as most of riders are illiterate. Then it will be his responsibility and you will be saved from such bad shit.

My order was cancelled and they never refunded the amount which was taken from my card. They told me I was unreachable when their rider cancelled my order. I was waiting and there was no call or message within their app that their rider was there at my address. Totally poor customer service. It was from their end that they cancelled my order as seen on the photo.

I've been a loyal customer to food panda, however, these past few days I tried placing an order using my Paypal. After paying, there's a prompt that would say the collection was successful but when I tried to check my order, there's no live order. I can't chat any support since you can only do that if you have a live order. This is so frustrating because it happened thrice and I did not even get my money back. Tried reaching out via messenger but food panda's support is very poor. It took them hours to respond only saying the same thing that is was refunded and in 14 days it will be credited back in Paypal account. It's been more than 14 days since my last order but my money isn't refunded yet. I can't even get somebody like a real human being talk to me over the phone about this matter. Please resolve this issue. I'm extremely unsatisfied.

I ordered 1 chicken fillet with rice, 1 2pc Chicken, 1 Rich ChocoPie last March 27, 2020 but they gave me 2 a la carte instead of 1 2pc chicken, and so I reported it and they called us to deliver it by tomorrow but the next day I called and they said no delivery for that day but we can go there to get it? im pregnant and im not gonna risk going out just because of that and because of their carelessness in giving the services they could've given me a refund if unable to deliver it. so unreliable. ive been waiting for their response until now but still no response? I mean how unreliable can your customer services be? Ive encountered this before but all they do is saying sorry and will give us a better service. THIS IS NOT A SURVEY BUT A COMPLAINT THAT NEEDS TO BE RESOLVED! SO DONT GIVE ME A RESPONSE TELLING ME YOURE SORRY AND WILL JUST GIVE ME BETTER SERVICES NEXT TIME BUT INSTEAD GIVE ME A SOLUTION!!!!!

Hi! Your agents are scammer! I have been chatting with your stupid chat support agents for few days now but i still dont have my refund. I made an order last August 13, 2019 from Cakes By Nicole but it was cancelled. Its been few days now and i still did not received anything! I sent an email with an attachment from my bank statement and order information. I hope that you can help me because again all your chat support agents are stupid specially Ali Akbar. He provided me a ticket number 22822881 and he said that its from the accounting dept but when i chatted back to a representative i was informed by Hafiz Arsalan Amjad that the ticket number i provided was for cancellation query. I am so upset and i would like to escalate all the agents who handled my account and report them all as a big scam! You can check my record and im one of your most avid customer but i am getting the worst customer service in the world! If this will not be resolved i will try to find away and send a formal complaint to the higher management so all those stupid reps will lose their jobs! Please improve your service because if all your customers started hating you then you know what will happen. Basic of the business! I will be posting this to all the social media sites and will tag all my friends specially your official website for stealing money from me and with your poor customer service! The hotline number that can be found in google is a scam as well and if i send an email i will get a reply that one of the agent will get in touch with me within 24 hrs but its another lie. Im not sure if there’s anything that is real in your company. Btw all your chat supports agents from help center are really useless. You are paying them for nothing and again food panda have the worst customer service in the whole world.
