I was told that if I register my BSNL complaint online, then I will get the response faster. But I have already registered 2 complaints through the bsnl customer care portal (http://portal.bsnl.in/bsnlcca/login.aspx) and yet there is no response from anyone.

My phone is dead and there is no ring tone. And due to this, my broadband service is also not working. I have to go to the cyber cafe and pay Rs 15 per hour every day even though I am paying bsnl monthly for the broadband service.

Last time also, when my connection got dead, I have to wait for more than 15 days to get it fixed. Please do something.
